These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auto Fleet Checker platform ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Auto Fleet Checker provides software tools for fleet photo management, inspection workflows, and automated damage detection using image analysis and AI-assisted tools.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
2. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring only authorised personnel access your account
3. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all photos, vehicle data, and information you upload ("Customer Data").
You grant us a limited license to:
- Store
- Process
- Analyze
- Display
your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

4. AI & Automated Analysis
The platform uses automated image analysis and optional AI-assisted validation via third-party AI services (OpenAI).
IMPORTANT:
- All results are advisory only
- The Service does NOT replace human inspection or safety checks
- You remain fully responsible for vehicle safety, compliance, and decisions
- Photos may be processed by third-party AI services for validation purposes (see Privacy Policy)
We do not guarantee:
- That damage will always be detected
- That false positives or false negatives will not occur
- 100% accuracy of automated analysis
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things:
- Uploading illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempting to breach system security
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract models or code
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy. See our full Acceptable Use Policy for complete details.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- We are not responsible for business losses, missed inspections, or compliance failures
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Abuse of the Service
- Non-payment (if applicable)
You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
